Introduction to Federation

What are service accounts

A service account in the context of the IdentityHub is a way to authenticate an external application to use the IdentityHub without an OAuth provider. By configuring a service account you can define exactly what this service account is allowed to do, as well as provide default headers to use when that service needs to access third party REST services or the userapp.
